Summer 2020 AdTech Product Management Internship
Dow Jones publishes The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and other thought-leadership publications to inform ambitious individuals transforming our world.
The AdTech team is also leading its own transformation by enabling Dow Jones to efficiently deliver the most effective media experience. This is achieved by creating industry-first solutions that touch all areas of the digital advertising business, from using machine learning to develop unique rich media executions to developing smart tools that drive sales in our revenue department.
Dow Jones is seeking primarily undergraduates who are interested in a career in Product Management to be a Summer 2020 AdTech Product Intern.
This role specifically focuses on media automation for internal efficiencies and revenue benefit. As an AdTech Product Intern, you will gain exposure and help drive decisions for both business strategy and technology development. At the end of the internship, the candidate will have developed a product analysis on advancing one of our proprietary tools.
Willing to learn the digital advertising marketplace and basic digital media terms and concepts.

Evidence-driven, analytical thinking that defers to measurable outcomes rather than hyperbole.
AdTech or digital advertising experience or knowledge preferred but not required.
Ready for the challenge? This is what we are looking for in broad strokes:
Working towards a bachelor's degree in Technology, Product/Project Management, Business, or a related field, with at least two years of school successfully completed.
Intention to explore a career in product management and passionate at the prospect of interning at a major news publisher.
Demonstrated interest in the intersection of technology and business. The ideal candidate has a desire to work in technology in a strategic role that does not use software skills.
